6 Month Program

Ready to commit yourself to change?!

My 6 month program will include all of the following:

  1. Two 50-minute appointments each month for six months, which will include a discussion of your progress, recommendations, and a full set of notes.
  2. Monthly special events like tele-classes, group seminars, and/or workshops related to health and wellness.
  3. A variety of handouts, recipes, books, CDs, food samples, and other materials.
  4. An invitation for guests to attend special events.

WHY 6 MONTHS?

This will give you enough time to adjust and to develop habits. During these 6 months, it gives enough time to endure obstacles, how to handle social situations and temptations, different stressors that can occur and holidays. I want you to learn that those are things that you cannot avoid, but you can still enjoy and live a healthy lifestyle. During this time, we will determine what goals you want to achieve and formulate attainable action plans tailored to you. I will support you by providing guidance, encouragement, and holding you accountable to your word.

With this commitment, I only ask that you as the client:

  • Be coachable
  • Keep an open mind
  • Be open to new foods, concepts, and exercises
  • Fulfill on the commitments I make
  • Be honest
  • Eat foods that are nourishing according to the guidance of my Health Coach
  • Exercise according to the guidance of my Health Coach
  • Find a healthy balance between work and play
  • Give gratitude in the relationships in my life
  • Learn how to listen to what my body wants and needs
  • Be present
